As co-founder of Suburban Wellness, Bethany wanted to create a space for healing where various modalities were offered so that one can find their own version of wellness. Bethany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years in the behavioral health field in various positions from therapist to Executive Director. In her experience, she has always felt a gap in the continuum of care for one’s mind, body and soul, so opening an integrative wellness center was the next step in her professional journey. With her approach to wellness being both holistic and empathic in nature it was easy to envision and build such an environment. She welcomes all to experience this very special place.

Rebecca is a creative dynamic spirit valued for her enthusiastic approach and ability to generate and execute ideas into tangible results. She co-founded Suburban wellness on the idea that in this evolving wellness movement we need to embrace the concept of providing a flexible, integrative approach to overall health. Rebecca’s vision is to to offer a supportive and nurturing environment that provides one space to meet all your wellness needs. Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in various roles throughout the industry. She is well-versed in Marketing, Branding and Public Relations, spending the last decade in the behavioral health field.
Rebecca is studying to become a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her passion for health and wellness stems from her own personal journey and life experiences. It is her passion to continue her education and knowledge base to better serve herself and others.
Director of Financial Wellness
Antoinette brings over two decades of customer service experience to her role as Director of Financial Wellness. She has been working in the behavioral health industry for close to 10 years. She strives to create a warm and welcoming environment for all. She brings an understanding of the importance of creating a space for individuals to feel comfortable while on their journey to wellness.
Pat’s passion is serving those with addiction and mental health concerns. It is her goal to instill hope and provide the medical tools necessary to support the journey to wellness. She values being part of a passionate team working to bring best practices and innovation to our clients.
The first half of her nursing career was in psychiatric mental health nursing. The second half led her to achieving her dream of becoming a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Pat also earned a doctorate in nursing practice. As a professor of nursing, she had the opportunity to share her passion with students.
Dara is a Licensed, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and has been working in the field of nutrition for over 25 years. She is trained in medical nutrition therapy and has had the opportunity to work as a clinical dietitian in both acute and long-term health care to provide nutrition counseling to a wide variety of patients. Dara has spent the last 15 years supporting clients in the area of weight management and mindfulness as they create healthy habits and work towards their health goals. Dara is also a Certified Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. Using a personalized approach, Dara strives to individually help clients find their balance to create a healthy lifestyle. She truly enjoys being able to create lasting relationships and share her passion for healthy eating and activity as she supports her clients through their health journey to live their best life. Dara and her husband live in Upper Dublin Township where they have raised their 3 boys.
Dr. Wendy M Croll Halpern earned DMD degree, Certificate in Periodontics, and Implant Fellowship all at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Cornell University.
An experienced and compassionate practitioner, Dr. Halpern offers surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment, is highly experienced with application of Botox, and also enhancing facial and lip contours with collagen fillers.
Jessica is a Physician Assistant with a Master’s degree in health science and an additional certification as a Culinary Medicine Specialist. In more than 10 years practicing medicine, Jessica has seen first hand the impact that food and lifestyle choices can have on wellness and disease. Jessica empowers others to use food as the cornerstone to feel better and meet their wellness goals. She has a unique skill to share information in easy-to-understand, practical ways which helps her patients, followers, & viewers achieve greater success!
Jessica collaborates with brands & experts to promote a balanced lifestyle. She has contributed to multiple media outlets throughout the United States. Jessica is the host of a medical cooking show called Eat Your Way to Wellness that airs on PHL17 in the Philadelphia market.

Amanda’s passion is treating young adults and adolescents struggling with substance abuse and eating disorders, and she tailors her treatment to the unique developmental needs of each client. Understanding that such disorders rarely exist independently, Amanda is also highly trained in addressing underlying and co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, impulsivity and behavioral issues, as well as trauma and abuse. Amanda helps each client to identify new, effective coping skills and insight into negative thoughts and behaviors.
Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Having graduated from La Salle University in 2011, she holds a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in addictions. Amanda understands that motivation for therapy and meaningful change may vary. She takes the time to build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship to help decrease resistance and anxiety, creating a safe place for healing to occur. She uses multiple treatment approaches as appropriate and believes in the life changing power of positive thinking.
Jonathan is a highly passionate and motivated individual who seeks to provide support and encouragement to those in therapy and treatment. He has been working in the mental health counseling field for several years, gaining experience in a variety of roles, such as being a primary therapist in Willow Grove, PA and a partial care counselor in Trenton, NJ. Jonathan firmly believes that the key tom alleviating mental health issues, substance abuse problems, and relationship concerns is to address the underlying issues going on with the individual, which may stem from early on in their lives. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University and his Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey.

She uses an individualized, eclectic family systems approach evaluating every component with care, compassion and understanding. Bethany views the family as an emotional unit and use systems thinking to address the complex interactions.
With over 20 years of experience, Bethany is able to create a safe environment to be heard, accepted and challenged for true growth and happiness. Her passion is working with families, parents and young adults struggling with daily stressors of everyday life.
Lauren Spike holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Administration, where her capstone project and thesis work was focused on the epidemic of bullying in the school system and the positive effects produced by implementing Social Emotional Learning (SEL). She has extensive experience working with children of all ages from infants through high school, in varying roles. Having two children of her own who have both gone through the public school system right here in Upper Dublin, she has seen her share of how minimal efforts can take a toll on creating empathetic and caring individuals. She believes that kindness truly matters and that through simple steps, we can help repair damages that have escalated over years of children not learning how to respect others thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column. CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat a number of conditions.
Like puzzle pieces sliding into place, CST releases the restrictions found in: Neck & Back Pain, Migraines, Headaches, TMJ, Stress, Scoliosis, Chronic Fatigue, Depression, Fibromyalgia, PTSD, Pre/Post surgery, etc.
While a student at the University of Connecticut, I studied Chinese language and culture, and received my bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in psychology. I received my master of science degree in acupuncture from the New York campus of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, and I studied at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, with clinical rotations at He Ping Li Hospital, Mei Tan Hospital and Tian Tan Hospital in Beijing, China.
In 2012, I started working with Mirmont Treatment Center, an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility in Lima, PA, that is part of the Main Line Health system. I provide daily acupuncture treatments for members of the detox community to help mitigate withdrawal symptoms such as insomnia, depression, anxiety, anger and pain.
I am a Reiki Holy Fire II master and a graduate of the four-year Way of Love training program of self-transformation and healership at Inner Source Healing in Malvern, PA. During my tenure at Inner Source, I completed courses in self-mastery and ego transformation, and I co-facilitated the “Human Anatomy and Energy Healing” courses and “Fear No Evil” training sessions.
I’ve seen acupuncture and energy healing make a huge difference in people’s lives, from reducing pain to increasing quality of life.
